- The images that are displayed have no relevance to what is on the page in some cases, like taking a picture of the corner of a book. Also half cropped images of somebody's work, If someones work is to be displayed it should showcase all of it not half. On the 'introducing leeds college of art' page ( page 6 ) there is a image of the roof? Why?
- The pictures look like they have just been placed randomly on the page, there is no relevance in having one really small image next to a large image, it just doesn't look correct proportionally.
- The book is hard to navigate around, in previous years there has been colour coordination with each subject, or a clear distinct change between each subject, if you flick through it would be very hard to find the area you want.
- The card used feels cheap, a high quality print appears to have been used for the type but that level of quality hasn't been taken into consideration with the card. So you can now see the blue card through the red type.
- Also with the cover the print appears not have taken into account that the book will have been given a spine, so the type on the back isn't central and also the 'OF' doesn't look central with the rest of the type.
- The whole things also looks like a powerpoint presentation with little colour, boring layouts and loads of text that may be relevant but has been set out so that it looks very boring and too compact.
